Information We Collect

Witza collects: account information (Google/Apple sign-in), email (for OTP verification), exercise photos (for AI solving), gameplay data (XP, scores, streaks, progress), device information and app version, anonymous usage analytics via Firebase, and push notification tokens. We only collect data necessary to provide and improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: solve math problems with AI, create personalized quizzes, display leaderboards, send daily study reminders, analyze and improve the app, and prevent bots and fraud via Cloudflare Turnstile.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Firebase, Cloudflare, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In. Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read those policies to understand how your data is handled.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share information for advertising purposes. Partners only access the minimum data necessary to provide their services. We fully comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and data, export your data (in development), and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@witza.app — we commit to responding within 30 days.

Data Security

We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and strict access controls. Please note: no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

We comply with COPPA. Users under 13 years old require parental consent to use Witza. If you discover an unauthorized child account, please contact privacy@witza.app and we will address it promptly.

Policy Changes

When our privacy policy changes, we will notify you via in-app notifications. Continued use of Witza after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
