Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 13 years old to use Witza. Users under 13 require parental consent. By using the app, you agree to all of these terms.
Account Responsibility
Each person may only have one account. You must not share login credentials, impersonate others, or fail to maintain account security. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited actions include: cheating scores or rankings, harassing other users, spamming, exploiting system bugs, and sabotaging the platform. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content is a learning support tool and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Users should verify results independently and should not rely entirely on AI for important exams.
Intellectual Property
Witza owns all content within the app including designs, logos, software, and generated content. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Witza a license to use it to operate the service.
Account Termination
Witza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time. Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Witza's maximum liability equals the total amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, or a minimum of 100,000 VND.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City.
Changes to Terms
When terms change, we will notify you via the app. Continued use of Witza after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
